WHAT WE SHIP

We currently ship powder only:

•  Kratom leaf powder – dried or roasted leaf, fully ground to powder

•  FKT-65 and FKT-75 mitragynine extract – powder form

We do not ship:

•  Whole, crushed or cut leaf, including roasted leaf that has not been ground

•  Liquid products of any kind – liquid extracts, tinctures, shots or beverages

HOW WE SHIP

•  Carrier: DHL Express, door to door

•  Origin: our own farm and facility in Sisaket, Thailand

•  Destinations: worldwide, where kratom is legal to import

•  Tracking: a tracking number is issued at pickup, and you can follow the shipment online all the way to your door

DESTINATIONS WE CANNOT SHIP TO

United States – we cannot ship to the following states:

•  Alabama (AL)

•  Arkansas (AR)

•  Indiana (IN)

•  Rhode Island (RI)

•  Vermont (VT)

•  Wisconsin (WI)

Some US counties and cities have their own restrictions, and laws change. You must confirm that kratom is legal in your delivery location before ordering.

All other countries – we will not ship to any country where kratom is prohibited. Import rules differ by country; please confirm yours before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us first.

DUTIES, TAXES AND TERMS

•  Courier shipments are sent DAP (Delivered at Place, Incoterms 2020). We pay freight from Thailand. The recipient is the importer of record and pays all import duties, taxes and customs fees.

•  DHL notifies the recipient of the amount due and accepts payment online by card. Shipments are held at the destination DHL facility until duties are paid, then delivered.

•  Bulk orders can also be quoted FOB Thailand. Ask us for terms.

•  All shipments may be opened and inspected by customs at the destination. This is normal and outside our control.

SAMPLES

•  Leaf powder: a free 1 kg sample is available to qualified businesses. The recipient pays shipping, duties and taxes.

•  FKT-65 / FKT-75 extract: extract samples are not free. Contact us for sample pricing.

SHIPPING CHARGES

DHL charges by actual weight or volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm ÷ 5,000), whichever is greater. Large orders may be split across several boxes for safe handling.

PACKAGING AND DOCUMENTS

Products are sealed and packed in DHL boxes at our facility. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for every batch on request.
